Not everything !

Any child looks into the mothers eyes and in a way mothers have a way of connecting to them and knowing what their children want. At any given cry, a mother will pay attention to her child.

As i grew up, i was lucky to have parents who did there all amidst every circumstance to  give me anything I wanted. As a baby, i had very little worry about what the next day would be and what I would eat, put on and as time elapsed, i started learning that in life you cannot have everything. I appreciated learning that at an early age because it has made me come a long way.

Life’s trails are there to walk through and if you never learnt the first few steps… oh…oh…. gotta learn. Being contented with what you have is equally important but it does not meant you stop being the go-getter. I love Chris Hart’s saying where he says ” the heart will always long for more and more”. Wanting more should never mean you want even the bad…. always get to the good part of everything.

You are the luckiest person and the most blessed person when you realize that despite not having everything, you are happy and truly happy.

Gifts

Watching everyday slap away the hours it has is a miracle in its own way. we all have gifts in us. It could take a while before we really realize the real gifts we have within.

No big deal about realizing what your God-given gift is… the biggest of all is what you do with it. Using it to  make yourself and others happy  counts on the biggest part! Getting the satisfaction that your hours in the day and in the night are well spent is one thing that follows the thoughts i have about people and there gifts.

Take a deep breath and get reflecting on what that beautiful gift could be. Nurture it and grow

As much as I  expect to really know myself better I know I have to keep my gift alive. It doesn’t have to appeal to everyone…just one soul. That soul will forever appreciate you.
